Research Use Agreement

Version 1.1 · Effective October 8, 2026

Research use only — not for human or veterinary use

Products offered by Genetic Solutions are intended solely for lawful laboratory, analytical, or research purposes. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of disease, and are not offered as food, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or drugs for personal use. Information on this website is provided for general research and product-identification purposes only and is not medical advice or instructions for human use. Purchasers are responsible for determining and complying with all laws and regulations applicable to their purchase, possession, handling, research, storage, transfer, and disposal.

This Research Use Agreement supplements the Terms & Conditions. By accepting it at checkout, you acknowledge and agree, with respect to every product in your order:

1. Research purpose

You are acquiring the products solely for lawful research, laboratory, or analytical purposes, and for no other purpose.

2. No administration

You will not administer any product to any human or animal, will not prepare any product for such administration, and will not permit or facilitate any such administration by any other person.

3. Not approved

You understand the products are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any use in humans or animals, are not drugs available for personal use, and are not dietary supplements, foods, or cosmetics.

4. No reliance on us for use guidance

You will not rely on Genetic Solutions, its personnel, its documentation, or its website for medical, dosing, injection, reconstitution-for-personal-use, treatment, diagnostic, or veterinary guidance. You understand no such guidance will be provided.

5. Capability

You are responsible for appropriate research facilities, equipment, handling procedures, storage conditions, security, disposal, and appropriately trained and competent personnel.

6. Legality in your jurisdiction

You are responsible for confirming that your purchase, possession, handling, research, storage, transfer, and disposal of the products are lawful in every applicable jurisdiction, and for obtaining any required license, registration, or institutional approval.

7. No relabeling or misrepresentation

You will not relabel, repackage, or market any product as an approved therapeutic, food, supplement, or cosmetic product, and will not otherwise misrepresent its regulatory status.

8. Downstream restrictions

If you transfer any product as permitted in writing by us, you will impose these same restrictions on the transferee.

9. Refusal of future transactions

You acknowledge that Genetic Solutions may refuse future transactions, and may suspend or revoke your purchaser qualification, if it receives credible evidence of prohibited or unlawful use.

10. Truthfulness

All information you have provided in connection with purchaser qualification is truthful, accurate, and complete.

Acknowledged and agreed as of the date and time recorded with your order.

Your acceptance of this Agreement (document version, the verbatim acceptance text, and a timestamp) is recorded with each order.

Terms & Conditions

Version 1.2 · Effective October 11, 2026

Research use only — not for human or veterinary use · Full notice

Every product sold by Genetic Solutions is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Nothing offered on this site is intended for human or veterinary use of any kind, and no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of geneticsolutionstx.com (the "Site") and any purchase of products from Genetic Solutions LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Genetic Solutions ("Genetic Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully — they include limitations on our liability, a binding arbitration agreement, and a class-action waiver (Section 17).

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Research Use Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and the Shipping & Returns Policy, each incorporated here by reference (together, the "Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site and do not purchase.

If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of an institution, company, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to that entity.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Minimum requirements. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of forming a binding contract.

2.2 Research use certification. Products designated research-use-only are offered only to purchasers who certify, at account creation and at checkout, that they are purchasing solely for research purposes and are acting as an independent researcher. We record that certification with your order. We do not require institutional or business affiliation, supporting documentation, or third-party verification, and we do not independently verify researcher status.

2.3 Accuracy. You agree that all information you provide is truthful, accurate, current, and complete, and that you will keep it updated. Providing false information, or information intended to circumvent any restriction in this Agreement, is a material breach.

2.4 Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@geneticsolutionstx.com of any unauthorized use.

2.5 Accounts and orders are discretionary and revocable. We may decline, suspend, or cancel any account or order at our sole discretion, including where we receive credible information suggesting prohibited use. We are not obligated to explain a refusal or cancellation.

3. Research-Only Products

3.1 Intended use. Products designated research-use-only are offered solely for lawful laboratory, analytical, or research purposes. They are not offered or intended for human or veterinary consumption or administration, nor for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or condition in humans or animals. They are not offered as food, beverages, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or drugs for personal use.

3.2 No approval representation. Research-use-only products are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any use in humans or animals. We make no representation that any product is approved, cleared, licensed, registered, or otherwise authorized for any therapeutic, clinical, diagnostic, or consumer application.

3.3 Not a pharmacy. Genetic Solutions is not a pharmacy, compounding pharmacy, outsourcing facility, prescriber, or healthcare provider. We do not dispense prescription drugs, fill prescriptions, or provide clinical services.

3.4 No representation of legality for your purpose. We make no representation that any product is lawful for you to purchase, possess, handle, transfer, or use for your intended purpose in your jurisdiction. Section 5 places that determination on you.

4. No Medical or Professional Advice

Nothing on the Site — including product descriptions, specifications, analytical documents, technical documents, articles, FAQs, email communications, chat responses, or customer-support statements — constitutes medical, pharmaceutical, veterinary, scientific, legal, or other professional advice. No content may be relied upon as instructions for human or animal use.

Our personnel are not authorized to and will not provide guidance on dosing, reconstitution for personal use, routes or sites of administration, treatment protocols, or the diagnosis or management of any condition. Requests for such guidance will be declined.

5. Purchaser Representations, Warranties, and Responsibilities

By placing an order, you represent, warrant, and covenant, as of the order date and continuing through your possession and disposal of the products, that:

(a) you are acquiring the products solely for lawful research, laboratory, or analytical purposes; (b) you will not administer any product to any human or animal, and will not permit or facilitate any such administration; (c) you will not resell, transfer, distribute, repackage, relabel, or otherwise make any product available to any person for human or animal use; (d) you have determined that your purchase, possession, handling, research, storage, transfer, and disposal of the products comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and institutional laws, regulations, licenses, and policies, and you will maintain that compliance; (e) you maintain facilities, equipment, procedures, and appropriately trained and competent personnel suitable for handling the products safely; (f) you will handle, store, secure, and dispose of the products in accordance with applicable law and accepted laboratory safety practice; (g) you will not represent, market, label, or describe any product as an approved drug, food, beverage, dietary supplement, cosmetic, or therapeutic product, or otherwise misrepresent its regulatory status; (h) you are not acquiring the products on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any person who intends human or animal administration; and (i) all information you have provided in connection with purchaser qualification is truthful and accurate.

These representations are material. We rely on them in deciding whether to accept your order.

6. Prohibited Uses and Conduct

You may not, and may not permit any third party to:

(a) administer any product to a human or animal, or prepare any product for such administration; (b) use, resell, or transfer any product for any purpose other than lawful research; (c) repackage, relabel, or alter any product or its labeling; (d) represent any product as approved, cleared, safe, effective, sterile, or fit for human or animal use; (e) use the Site or any product in violation of any law or regulation; (f) provide false, misleading, or incomplete information, or use another person's identity, payment instrument, institution, or address, to obtain products or to evade any restriction; (g) resell or distribute products without our prior written authorization; (h) export, re-export, or transship any product except in compliance with Section 12; (i) scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means to access the Site except as permitted by our robots.txt; circumvent any access control, rate limit, or authentication mechanism; probe or test the vulnerability of any system; introduce malware; or interfere with the operation or security of the Site; or (j) use the Site to post, transmit, or submit any content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that describes human or animal administration of any product.

7. Orders, Order Acceptance, and Pricing

7.1 Offer and acceptance. Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. No contract is formed until we accept your order, which occurs when we send a shipment confirmation. An order confirmation or payment authorization acknowledges receipt only and does not constitute acceptance.

7.2 Right to refuse, hold, or cancel. We may refuse, limit, hold, or cancel all or part of any order, at any time and in our sole discretion, including where we reasonably suspect or identify: fraud or payment risk; unlawful activity; prohibited use; breach of this Agreement; failure or revocation of purchaser qualification; inventory unavailability; pricing, listing, or typographical error; regulatory or legal concern; restrictions applicable to a destination; or a quantity or ordering pattern inconsistent with legitimate research use.

7.3 Quantity limits. We may impose per-order, per-account, or per-period quantity limits, and may decline orders exceeding them.

7.4 Refunds on cancellation. If we cancel an accepted order before shipment, we will refund amounts paid for the cancelled items using the original payment method, subject to the Shipping & Returns Policy and applicable payment-processor rules.

7.5 Pricing and errors. Prices, availability, specifications, descriptions, and offerings may change without notice. We may correct errors in pricing, description, availability, or listing and may cancel affected orders even after an order confirmation has been sent, subject to applicable law.

7.6 Taxes. Prices exclude sales, use, excise, and similar taxes unless stated. You are responsible for all such taxes, other than taxes on our net income. If you claim an exemption, you must provide a valid exemption certificate before we accept your order.

7.7 Payment. You pay for an order by one of the methods offered at checkout — currently Cash App, Venmo, or USDC on the Ethereum network — by sending the full order amount, including taxes and shipping, as instructed on your order confirmation. We do not charge a card or bank account. Your items are reserved when the order is placed, and the order is accepted for fulfillment only once we confirm the full payment has been received. We may cancel an order that remains unpaid. You represent that you are authorized to use the account or wallet you pay from.

7.8 USDC payments. (a) We accept USDC only on the Ethereum network (ERC-20), only at the wallet address shown on your order confirmation, at one USDC per U.S. dollar of the order total. (b) You are responsible for sending the exact amount, on the Ethereum network, to that address, and for any network (gas) fees. (c) A blockchain transfer cannot be reversed by us. A transfer sent to any other address, on any other network, or in any other token is not payment for your order, and we are not responsible for it; where such funds reached a wallet we control, we will make reasonable efforts to help, without any obligation to recover or return them. (d) Payment is complete when the transfer is confirmed on the Ethereum blockchain and we have matched it to your order, using the transaction hash you add to the order. (e) A refund of a USDC payment is made in USDC on the Ethereum network, for the U.S. dollar amount being refunded, to a wallet address you confirm to us in writing. We are not responsible for a refund sent to an address you provided.

8. Product Information, Specifications, and Testing

8.1 Accuracy of identity and specifications. We describe product identity, stated quantity, batch or lot identifiers, and analytical results as accurately as our records and testing support.

8.2 Scope of analytical documents. Where we provide an analytical report, it reflects a specified test performed by a specified laboratory on a specified batch on a specified date, and reports the measured result of that test only. No analytical document is offered as, and none should be construed as, evidence of clinical safety, efficacy, sterility, potency for human use, or fitness for human or animal administration.

8.3 Variation. Research materials may vary within stated specifications. It is your responsibility to independently verify identity and suitability for your specific research application before use.

8.4 Documentation. Product literature and technical documents are provided for research and product-identification purposes only.

9. Shipping, Title, and Risk of Loss

9.1 Governed by separate policy. Shipping methods, charges, processing and transit times, address requirements, carrier terms, temperature-sensitive handling where applicable, and claims procedures are governed by the Shipping & Returns Policy.

9.2 Destinations. We ship to United States destinations only. We ship to P.O. boxes via USPS. We do not ship to freight forwarders.

9.3 Address accuracy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, misdelivery, or loss resulting from an address you provided incorrectly.

9.4 Title and risk of loss. If an order is lost or damaged in transit, or does not arrive, contact us under the Shipping & Returns Policy and we will work with you to resolve it, including by replacement or refund where the claim is verified. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable law.

10. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Returns, replacements, damaged or missing shipments, incorrect items, materially nonconforming products, and refunds are governed by the Shipping & Returns Policy, including the time limits and evidence requirements stated there. Because of the nature of research materials, only unopened products in original sealed packaging are eligible for return, as disclosed before purchase. No restocking fee is charged.

11. Intellectual Property; Your Content

11.1 Our IP. The Site and its contents — text, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade dress, product renders, layout, technical documentation, and software — are owned by or licensed to Genetic Solutions and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, frame, or commercially exploit any of it without our prior written consent, except as applicable law permits.

11.2 Limited license. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Site and view content for the purpose of evaluating and purchasing products.

11.3 Feedback and submitted content. If you submit a question or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display it in connection with our business. You represent that you own or control the necessary rights.

11.4 Content moderation. We may decline to publish, or may remove, any submitted content at our discretion, including content that describes or implies human or animal administration of any product. We do not edit the substance of published submissions. Removal decisions are recorded.

11.5 No incentivized reviews. We do not offer compensation, discounts, credit, or free product in exchange for reviews.

12. Export Controls, Sanctions, and Anti-Diversion

12.1 Compliance. You will comply with all applicable U.S. export control and economic sanctions laws, including the Export Administration Regulations and the regulations and sanctions programs administered by the U.S. Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control.

12.2 Restricted parties and destinations. You represent that you are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in any comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction, and are not a person identified on any U.S. restricted-party list. You will not export, re-export, transfer, or transship any product to any such jurisdiction or person.

12.3 Anti-diversion. You will not sell, transfer, or otherwise make any product available to any person you know or have reason to believe intends to use it for human or animal administration, to resell it for such use, or to misrepresent its regulatory status. You will pass through the restrictions in Sections 3, 5, and 6 to any authorized transferee.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Please read this section carefully

Except for the express product specifications stated at the time of sale, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and the products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We specifically disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Without limiting the foregoing, we make no warranty that any product is safe, effective, sterile, or suitable for administration to humans or animals, and we expressly disclaim any such warranty. No such warranty may be created by any statement of our personnel, any document on the Site, or any course of dealing. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content is accurate or complete.

14. Limitation of Liability

Please read this section carefully

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and in every case subject to paragraph (d) below: (a) Genetic Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Agreement, the Site, or any product, regardless of the theory of liability and even if advised of the possibility of such damages. (b) Subject to paragraph (d), we will have no liability whatsoever for any injury, illness, death, loss, or damage arising from or relating to any administration of a product to a human or animal, any use of a product other than lawful research, or any other breach of Sections 3, 5, 6, or 12. (c) Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Agreement, the Site, or any product will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. (d) This paragraph controls over (a), (b) and (c). Nothing in this Section limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or willful misconduct, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence; and nothing in these Terms waives any right you have under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices – Consumer Protection Act that cannot be waived. If any part of this Section is held unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will stay in force.

15. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Genetic Solutions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim, demand, action, proceeding, loss, liability, damage, penalty, fine, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your breach of the Agreement, including any representation in Section 5; (b) any administration of a product to a human or animal by you or by any person to whom you transferred it; (c) your use, handling, storage, transfer, resale, repackaging, relabeling, or disposal of any product; (d) any misrepresentation by you of a product's regulatory status; or (e) your violation of any law or of the rights of any third party.

16. Suspension and Termination

16.1 By us. We may suspend or terminate your account and access, and refuse future transactions, at any time and without prior notice, if we determine you have breached the Agreement, if we receive credible information suggesting prohibited use, if required by law or by a regulator, processor, or carrier, or for any other reason in our discretion.

16.2 Effect. Termination does not affect obligations accrued before termination. Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, and 19 survive.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

17.1 Governing law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, the Site, or any product are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

17.2 Informal resolution first. Before starting arbitration, you agree to contact us at support@geneticsolutionstx.com with a short written description of the dispute and the relief you seek, and to allow 30 days to resolve it informally. This step is a condition to starting arbitration.

17.3 Binding arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved informally, it will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. Arbitration is conducted by a single arbitrator. The arbitrator's award may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Unless you and we agree otherwise, any in-person hearing will take place in the county of your residence or, at your election, by telephone or video.

17.4 Class-action waiver. You and Genetic Solutions each agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of representative proceeding. If this paragraph is held unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief, that claim or request proceeds in court and the rest of this Section still applies.

17.5 Carve-outs. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies, and either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or to stop unauthorized use of the Site. For any claim not subject to arbitration, the state and federal courts located in Texas have exclusive jurisdiction and you consent to venue there.

17.6 Right to opt out. You may reject this arbitration agreement by emailing support@geneticsolutionstx.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name, the email on your account, and that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms, and we will not treat it as a reason to refuse you service.

17.7 Fees. Payment of filing, administration, and arbitrator fees is governed by the AAA rules, including any provision of those rules that requires us to bear such fees for consumer claims.

17.8 Time limit. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, to the extent that limit is permitted by applicable law.

18. Electronic Communications and Consent

18.1 Transactional communications. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including account, order, shipping, security, legal-notice, and support messages, and you agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.

18.2 Marketing is separate. Marketing email requires separate, affirmative opt-in and is not a condition of purchase. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting support@geneticsolutionstx.com.

18.3 Electronic signatures. You agree that your act of checking an acceptance box constitutes your electronic signature and manifests your assent to the referenced documents.

19. Miscellaneous

19.1 Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms prospectively. The Site displays the effective date and version, and prior versions remain accessible in our legal archive. Material changes require fresh acceptance at your next order. Changes do not retroactively alter the terms governing a completed transaction.

19.2 Entire agreement. The Agreement is the entire agreement between you and us regarding its subject matter and supersedes all prior understandings. 19.3 Order of precedence. In the event of conflict: the Research Use Agreement, then these Terms, then the Shipping & Returns Policy, then the Privacy Policy — except that the Privacy Policy controls on matters of personal-data handling. 19.4 Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions remain in full force. 19.5 No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. 19.6 Assignment. You may not assign the Agreement without our written consent. We may assign it in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. 19.7 Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform (other than payment obligations) due to causes beyond its reasonable control. 19.8 Relationship. Nothing creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship. 19.9 Notices. Notices to us must be sent by email to support@geneticsolutionstx.com and are effective on the day sent. Notices to you may be sent to the email on your account. 19.10 Headings. Headings are for convenience only.

Privacy Policy

Version 1.3 · Effective October 11, 2026

Research use only — not for human or veterinary use · Full notice

Every product sold by Genetic Solutions is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Nothing offered on this site is intended for human or veterinary use of any kind, and no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

1. Scope

This policy describes how Genetic Solutions LLC d/b/a Genetic Solutions collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal data in connection with this site and product orders. It is written to satisfy the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and, where its thresholds apply, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA).

Genetic Solutions supplies research materials only. Every product is sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and none is intended for human or veterinary use. We therefore do not collect health data, medical history, or any information about the administration of a product to a person or animal, and we do not want to receive it. Please do not send us such information.

2. What we collect, and why

We do not request, collect, or verify credentials, affiliation, or supporting documentation

Sources. We collect this data directly from you (account forms, checkout, support messages) and automatically from your device (technical and security data). We do not buy personal data from third parties.

3. What we disclose, and to whom

We disclose personal data only to service providers needed to run the business: shipping carriers (name and delivery address), our email service (email address and order details), and fraud-prevention tooling. Each acts under contract for the purposes above. We do not use a card payment processor: a Cash App, Venmo or USDC payment is made by you directly through that service or the Ethereum network, which handles what you send it under its own terms. A USDC transfer is recorded publicly on the Ethereum blockchain.

We do not sell or share personal data as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not process personal data for targeted advertising. We use no third-party advertising pixels or cross-context behavioral advertising. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first and required opt-outs will be provided.

4. Cookies and browser storage

The site uses essential browser storage only: your session, cart, and your research-use certification are stored in your browser's local storage. We deploy no third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

5. Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Order records — including the legal-document versions and acceptance text recorded with each order — are retained for as long as required for legal, tax, and compliance purposes. Your research use certification is retained as part of that order record, on the same schedule: seven years from the date of the order, which is the period we keep business and tax records. If you close your account we delete your profile, but order records are kept for the remainder of that period because we are required to retain them. We hold no qualification or credentialing documents, because we do not collect any.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate to the data: encrypted transport (TLS), hashed credentials, and role-restricted access. We reduce risk by not collecting sensitive categories in the first place — no credentials, affiliation records, or supporting documentation are requested or stored.

7. Your rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to: know/access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; delete your data (subject to records we must keep by law); receive a portable copy; opt out of targeted advertising or sale (we do neither); and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

How to exercise them. Email support@geneticsolutionstx.com from the address on your account, or use the contact page. We will verify your identity before acting on a request.

Timelines. California residents: we acknowledge requests within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days, extendable once by 45 days. Texas residents: we respond within 45 days, extendable once by 45 days; if we decline a request you may appeal, and we will decide the appeal within 60 days and tell you how to contact the Texas Attorney General if you are unsatisfied.

8. Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. Purchases require an adult account holder.

9. Changes and contact

We will post updates to this policy here with a revised version and effective date; prior versions remain available in the legal archive. Privacy requests: support@geneticsolutionstx.com.

Shipping & Returns Policy

Version 1.2 · Effective October 11, 2026

Research use only — not for human or veterinary use · Full notice

Every product sold by Genetic Solutions is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Nothing offered on this site is intended for human or veterinary use of any kind, and no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

1. What we ship

Everything shipped by Genetic Solutions is a research material supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. No product is intended for human or veterinary use of any kind, and nothing in this policy — including any replacement or refund — should be read as approving such use. This is also why the return rule below is limited to unopened, sealed packaging: once a seal is broken we cannot verify what the container holds.

2. Processing time

Orders are verified and packed within 24–48 business hours of acceptance. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time below. We do not guarantee any delivery date the carrier does not guarantee.

3. Shipping method and charges

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail at a $15.00 flat rate, regardless of order size or destination within the United States. The shipping charge is shown before payment.

USPS Priority Mail

1–3 business days (carrier transit)

$15.00

Transit times are the carrier's estimates and are not guaranteed by us. We do not currently offer expedited or overnight service.

4. Destinations and addresses

We ship to United States destinations only. We ship to P.O. boxes via USPS. We do not ship to freight forwarders.

We are not currently shipping to Texas addresses. We expect to begin serving Texas customers shortly. Orders to all other states are unaffected. You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address you provide, and we verify the address you enter at checkout before dispatch.

5. Temperature-sensitive handling

Cold-sensitive materials ship in protective packaging with thermal protection appropriate to the season and transit time.

6. Damaged, missing, or incorrect orders

Inspect your order on arrival. Report damage, shortages, incorrect items, or materially nonconforming products within 48 hours of delivery to support@geneticsolutionstx.com, including your order number and photos of the packaging and contents. Verified claims are resolved with a replacement or refund.

7. Returns

Because product integrity cannot be verified after a seal is broken, only unopened products in original sealed packaging are eligible for return, within 30 days of delivery and with prior return authorization. Contact support@geneticsolutionstx.com with your order number before shipping anything back. No restocking fee applies. These restrictions are disclosed here, before purchase.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of our receipt of the return (or of claim approval, for damage claims). If we cancel an accepted order before shipment, amounts paid for the cancelled items are refunded to the original payment method.

A USDC payment is refunded in USDC on the Ethereum network, for the dollar amount being refunded, to a wallet address you confirm to us in writing at support (Terms & Conditions §7.8).

9. Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at support@geneticsolutionstx.com — most issues are resolved faster directly than through a payment dispute. Disputes and chargebacks are handled in accordance with the applicable rules of the payment processor used for your order.

10. Title and risk of loss

Title and risk of loss are addressed in the Terms & Conditions. If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or does not arrive, contact us under Section 6 above and we will work with you to resolve it.
